How quickly can I setup vSeeBox
Setting up your vSeeBox is straightforward:

When will I get my order?

Is there a product warranty?

We provide a 1-Year Warranty on all vSeeBox products purchased from our site. If you encounter any issues with your streaming media player, please email info@myvseebox.net. Our technical support team will first attempt to diagnose the issue. If necessary, you can send the unit to us. Upon receipt, we will either fix the issues and return the original unit to you, exchange your unit for another unit, or rebuild one (at our discretion). This warranty does not cover water damage, any physical damage or any issues with software. The warranty strictly covers hardware defects caused by manufacturing errors.
Post-Warranty Repairs
If your warranty period has expired, you can still send the device to us for repair at an additional cost. You can continue to enjoy the service once the device has been fixed.
