Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. vSeeBox is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue.

Risk of Loss & Delivery Responsibility

All orders placed with us are shipped via third-party carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Customers are responsible for:
