To start a return request, please email info@myvseebox.net with your order number and a brief description of your request.
Restocking Fee Policy: Approved returns may be subject to a 2%–5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee helps offset payment processing, administrative, and handling costs associated with returned merchandise. The exact percentage applied will be determined at the time the return is processed. Items must be returned in original condition with all included accessories and packaging.
