When Will I Receive My Device?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and shipped shortly after. Once your order is on its way, delivery usually takes 3–4 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your device ships so you can monitor its progress.
How Can I Start A Return?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery
To start a return request, please email support@myvseebox.net with your order number and a brief description of your request.
Restocking Fee Policy: Approved returns may be subject to a 2%–5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee helps offset payment processing, administrative, and handling costs associated with returned merchandise. The exact percentage applied will be determined at the time the return is processed. Items must be returned in original condition with all included accessories and packaging.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions for shipping and processing.
Is there warranty period?
Yes! All vSeeBox devices come with a 1-year warranty that covers any defective units or devices that stop working under normal use. If you experience any issues within this period, simply contact our support team for repair, replacement, or assistance.
